Born and raised in North York, Frank grew up with a passion for sports, especially Hockey and Baseball. He played both of these sports competively, ultimately choosing baseball over hockey at the age of 15. Frank's passion and skill for baseball, lead him to being recruited by and playing for Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia.

While playing at university, he suffered various injuries and attempted traditional rehabilitation routes but was advised to seek surgical intervention. Frank ultimately found a massage therapist with a sport, specically baseball focused background who became an integral part of his rehab and recovery journey. This experience is what inspired Frank to pursue a future career in massage therapy.

Following his playing and coaching career, and upon completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree, Frank enrolled at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, completing his studies and obtaining his massage therapy license in 2020.

Frank's passion for massage therapy is rooted in helping people feel better. Whether it's helping athletes back after an injury or providing regular maintenance to keep them competing at a high level within their sport. Seeing people restricted from the activities they want to be doing and helping them get back to doing what they love is what drives Frank to continue learning new treatment techniques and to follow evidence based practices.

Frank has worked with a variety of patients in his years as an RMT, including: professional, university, and high school athletes, doctors, nurses and other healthcare/emergency response professionals, teachers, lawyers, accountants and everything in between.

Frank looks forward to meeting you and supporting you in your health and wellness journey.
